1. Replacement Policy
We offer a 24-hour replacement policy, which means you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any issue and request a replacement.
Important Policy Guidelines
An unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product being inspected.
Replacement requests submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.
All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality team.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement
A replacement may be approved only in the following situations:
a) Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, supported by a valid unboxing video.
b) Damaged Product Received
If the product arrives physically damaged during transit and is verified through the unboxing video.
c) Missing Item in Order
If any item is missing from your order and the issue is supported by the unboxing video.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement, return, or refund requests will not be accepted for:
Personal preferences or change of mind.
Natural variations in Rudraksha size, shape, color, texture, or appearance.
Products that have been used, worn, energized, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Products returned without original packaging, certificates, tags, or accessories.
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Spiritual expectations, beliefs, or personal experiences associated with Rudraksha products.
Minor color differences due to photography, screen settings, or natural product variations.
4. Authenticity & Natural Product Disclaimer
All Rudraksha beads and spiritual products sold by Shiva Aura Rudraksh are natural products. Since Rudraksha beads are sourced from nature, slight variations in size, shape, color, texture, and surface markings are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Such natural variations are considered a sign of authenticity and are not grounds for replacement, return, or refund.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders where a partial advance payment is collected:
The advance payment amount is non-refundable.
If the order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, the advance amount may be adjusted against a future order at the discretion of Shiva Aura Rudraksh.
6. Return Process
To request a replacement:
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID along with:
Unboxing video
Product photographs
Description of the issue
Our team will review the request.
If approved, we will provide further instructions regarding pickup or replacement.
The decision of Shiva Aura Rudraksh regarding replacement eligibility shall be final.
7. Return Shipping
If a return pickup service is available for your location, we will arrange the pickup.
If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product back to us.
Replacement products will be dispatched after successful inspection and approval.
8. Refund Policy
As our products are spiritual and personal-use items, we generally do not offer refunds.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations, such as:
Product unavailable after order confirmation.
Duplicate payment received.
Wrong item repeatedly delivered despite replacement attempts.
Other circumstances approved by management.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banks and payment gateways.
9. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Energized or consecrated Rudraksha products.
Customized products.
Personalized malas, bracelets, or spiritual accessories.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Products purchased during special clearance or sale events.
10. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If a replacement request is approved, a replacement product will be shipped. Otherwise, customers may place a new order separately.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours along with the required unboxing video so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

A small recommendation: for a Rudraksha website, a “No Return, Only Replacement for Damaged/Wrong Products” policy is generally stronger and more common than allowing size or preference-based returns. It helps reduce misuse while remaining customer-friendly.
